- Some of the broth from the almost done turkey cooking in the roasting oven
- giblets from the turkey
- 1/3 cup of potato starch dissolved in water
- 1 cup MimicCreme or Cashew Cream
Boil the giblets in the broth. Then remove them and chop into small pieces. Then add Mimicreme and potato starch to broth and season to taste. Add back in giblets.
