- One square Baker’s unsweetened chocolate
- one teaspoon xylitol (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon safflower or coconut oil
Heat in a double boiler, stirring until chocolate and xylitol melt and are smooth. Pour into candy molds and refrigerate until set.
